In case of your having concerns about the advice or representation received, you are asked in the first instance to bring your concerns to the attention of your caseworker.
This will hopefully lead to a satisfactory resolution for you. If after consulting your caseworker you still have concerns that you would like to take further, please ask your caseworker for a copy of the WorkRep complaints procedure.
If your problem or complaint is so serious that you feel that you can not discuss it with your case worker, please send an email detailing the problem/complaint to our administration.
Your email will then be forwarded directly to a manager for consideration.
